FIVETECH CONFLICT METALS POLICY STATEMENT
Fivetech declare prohibiting the use or purchasing of conflict metals originated from minerals being sourced from conflict-affected and high-risk areas that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) conflict areas, or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which is controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions.
Fivetech is committed to sourcing materials from supply chains that share our values regarding respect for human rights, integrity, social and environmental responsibility. To ensure suppliers comply with this policy, each supplier is required to provide completed material certificate declarations evidencing such supplier is committed to conflict-free and documenting countries of origin for the metals of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt(Co) and tin (Sn) that it purchases.
Fivetech and our suppliers take action to comply with the Conflict Metals Policy, we will continue monitoring and evidencing our supplying chains to assure that none of the conflict minerals are contained in our material sources.
