In response to market demand, Fivetech has launched a new water drop head type fixed device – Auto Block, which brings more diverse applications to server chassis.

Auto Block utilizes Quarter Turn’s (Always Lock type) built-in torsion spring and automatically rebound feature. With our specially designed metal stop structure, it can be used in any mechanism space that requires a stop. The water drop single-wing shape design is ergonomic, which is convenient for one-finger operation and can be unlocked with a single push, which is time-saving, convenient and highly reliable.

Installed Auto Block on the door panel of the server chassis can be used as a bar. The unique design at the bottom of the Auto Block can control the rotation angle. With a slight push, the door panel is easily opened, and when you let go, the Auto Block will automatically rebound to its original position, closing the door panel to achieve the fixed position.

Applying to the server rack is another similar application method. When it is filled with rows of server graphics or accelerators, Auto Block can be used as a small bar to prevent objects from falling off and popping up, becoming a limit device when moving the chassis.

With a special structural design, Auto Block can also help organize the wires neatly, so that the wires in the server will not be cluttered and cause troubles in use, maximum the application of space.
