It can be positioned and stuck in the designated position, and the connected parts are maintained in the same direction with the function of alignment. In addition, vertical board fixing application is also possible.

By using fully automatic Surface Mount Technology, the part would be sucked by a vacuum nozzle above and placed on the corresponding tin solder, and fix the product on the PCB by melting the solder paste in a tin furnace. This fully automated production not only reduces labor costs but also improves production efficiency and provides stable reliability.
